Aerial Obstacle Course

This is a lot of fun (and challenging) for youngsters and adults alike. The course has 18 obstacles all above ground. It is possible to work from the first obstacle to the last without touching the ground once. Participants are placed in pairs with one person on the obstacle whilst their partner offers continual encouragement and support when needed.

Two Valley Homestead Instructors explain the course and supervise its use with the assistance of leaders from your group. Whilst the majority of the obstacles are 'low ropes' there are in addition 4 high rope challenges involving the use of harnesses

Lateral Thinking

This activity focuses on Team Building. Sub groups of up to 15 work as self managing groups, drawing upon the leadership skills, thinking abilities and energies of the participants within the grou.

Usually a non-competitive activity with emphasis upon an O.H & S approach to all solutions, which must also only be group solutions. Simple obstacles became as complex as the mox of personalities within the group.
